A pop-up dinner to benefit Pittonkatonk Education Program and the May Day Picnic

On April 9th, Casa Brasil welcomes the Pittonkatonk family to host a benefit pop-up for their education program and also raise funds for the May Day Picnic on May 11 at Schenley Park.

So, what's Zapiekanki?

A zapiekanka is an open-face sandwich made of half of a baguette or other long roll of bread, topped with sautéed white mushrooms, cheese and sometimes other ingredients, and toasted until the cheese melts. Served hot with ketchup, it is a popular street food in Poland.

Baba - (traditional) - vegetarian includes white mushrooms, cheese, mayo, ketchup, chives, with a pickle - $10

Swinka Bacon - Simply with bacon - $12

Pijany Wujek - Kielbasa - Hunter sausage - $12
